our approach

We manage every project from start to finish – from initial briefing, through concept design and presentation, detailed design and artwork production, pre-press coordination, to final print or digital delivery.

We begin with a conversation to ensure we understand what’s required. We’ll ask many questions, explain our way of doing things and provide advice on how we will approach the project. We’ll also determine the timeframes and deadlines we need to deliver/meet.

We then prepare a detailed proposal defining the creative brief and outlining our process.

Once our proposal is accepted, we’ll get started!

Throughout every project, we continually proof and check our work.

We act as a ‘second set of eyes’ for editorial content spotting inconsistencies, grammar, punctuation and styling that can be easy to miss. Whenever we identify a potential issue, we check with our client before making changes.

Final artwork is always checked carefully to ensure technical specifications are met.

By managing and coordinating print production, we ensure the highest quality all the way to final delivery. It also allows us to keep tight control on deadlines.

Our services include:

  • specifying print details and sourcing competitive production quotes
  • communicating with our suppliers throughout the production
  • proof-checking pre-press proofs
  • checking printed copies before dispatch
  • coordinating and managing delivery
